Notice of Upcoming Change to Authentication Service

On April 27, 2026 at 19:00 UTC, we will be updating our core authentication service, account.otoy.com, to use static IP addresses.

Most customers will not need to take any action.
This change is not expected to affect normal use of the service.

Action is only needed if you access our systems from a restricted network, such as one that uses a corporate firewall or other IP-based access controls.
If that applies to your setup, please use the option below that matches how your access is managed:

For organizations that manage access through a firewall or IP allowlist/whitelist
Please add the following IP addresses to your allowlist before the scheduled change:
3.33.213.211
75.2.18.158

For users who follow the OctaneRender Whitelisting guide to configure access from their local machine
